Shift (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online platform where restaurant workers can share experiences, opinions, and stories. The app and website are operated by Shift Social Corp, based in Canada.

You own the content you post on Shift. By posting, you give us a license to display and distribute your content within the app and on related media. You’re responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or that we believe could harm other users or the platform. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the app or violate our community standards.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Users can report inappropriate or abusive content directly through the app. We review all reports within 24 hours and may remove content or restrict accounts based on the severity of the violation.
We may contact users involved in a report if additional information is needed to maintain safety on the platform.
Shift is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we’re not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from using the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of Shift means you accept the new Terms.
